WTF is Pig Sayin?

Ok, so for years I have never really known what Pig is saying in his standard Pig raps. He always climaxes the first part of the break with this line. Here is what I think he is saying, can someone provide the actual words so I don't sound like a dipshit in my car when I am singing along.

"She got back spasm middy, gravediggin' on a rind, working undercover in her four hung wide."

Back Spasm Middy is now going to be the name of my next project.
