How 'bout some 60s pix? There are Fender, EB-0 and less modified Starfire shots out there from the 60s. The modified EB bass didn't come into the scene until 1970 or so.

Don't know if it "counts" but he played that Jack Cassidy Epiphone 4-string for about 90 seconds a couple years back. Think it only saw a couple shows. Heck, maybe just one.

I believe Phil only played that Casady bass once at an acoustic Other Ones show back in 2002. It was the Bridge School benefit, 10/27/02.

I think it's really cool that Jack plays those. Maybe he has them custom made rather than picking one off the rack, but either way it's nice to see an artist playing their own $500-ish signature model.
