It turned out great. I really like how the purpleheart is visible from the front due to the shaping. Really cool guitar.

Wow!!! That is really impressive, I love the contrast between the maple and the purple. What a great take on a classic design.

What does Jerry tone mean to you? Copying Jerry slavishly? Honoring Jer's music no particular way but our own?

Thanks guys for all the kind comments.

And I should at least mention the huge increase in tone and sustain after attaching that mass of brass to the headstock..... :lol: :lol: :lol:

It's like chrome on a car, adds 25-50% more horsepower :lol: :lol:

Man, that's a sweet guitar. Post some clips if you can, I'd love to hear how it sounds.
