I am also interested in pickup rings, need one for PRS 22 fret custom and one for Les Paul. Chrome or stainless would probably be the best fit for existing hardware.

I'm looking for a good 25K volume pot that has a stiffer turn "feel". The one I'm using works fine but I think it turns too easily and I usually want to make small adjustments in volume. It is easy to overturn especially when in the middle of a song/solo.

Jim, i've got a 16mm 25k alpha in my guitar for that reason. These are the pots typically used infx pedals. They have that stiffer turn to them.

alpha pots are Chinese crap. At least use a CTS 25k log much tighter action. I do have a few RV4N MIl . spec pots. for sale

HA! I thought I was the only freak who actually paid attention to the detail of my volume pot having a good stiff resistance on turning. Glad to know that I'm not actually crazy (...........well) ....Mine has one that is perfect and it took like 4 pots to get there. I think it was from stew mac.

My tone pot for the center pickup is a different story, it is as loose as a 2 dollar whore and is bothering the heck out of me. Although on that pot, it is usually either on 10 or 0 (0 with the D+ for the horn distortion), but even still it bothers me......

Alpha basically makes 98% of all the pots on the market today. it is not surprising to see so many out there . CTS from Tube Amp Depot is a good source if you don't want to spend for the RV4N Mil. spec. pot like Jerry used. I believe the those CTS pots are even cheaper than the Stew Mac price, well,I guess anything is cheaper than Stew Mac as a rule
