I have had good luck with Philadelphia Sound Productions for repair work and sourcing of nice JBL D/K/E series speakers (plus a LOT of other good gear, new and used). Check them out right HERE. Their inventory changes frequently so check back often.

Great find on the JBL "repair" thread. Really good info. I did not know about that forum. I am not a Telecaster guy but who knows what other good info can be found out there.

If you are only using one 8 ohm speaker in your twin, try putting a 1 watt, 8 ohm resistor between the positive and negative connectors to bring it to a 4 ohm load. This will avoid possible damage to your amp or speaker because of a mismatched load.
