Cheap Jerry Tone for the Home

Cheap Jerry Tone for the Home

I've been there and done that with the Jerry Rig. SMS, Mac, JBLs etc. The rig is just too loud unless the family is gone. Need something quieter for the home space.

Think I've found it.

Check out the tone Seth is getting from a Peavey Red Stripe Envoy 110. Pretty close 1977 Boston tone. I picked up the redstripe studio 112 yesterday for $150 shipped

Do you have an onboard preamp in the guitar?

That's not me playing. I don't think Seth has the buffer or OBEL.

But in my guitars have waldos buffer and the OBEL
