Tiger debut the night before (Aug 4).

and learned a tidbit, Althea was debut the same night as Tiger! Lost Sailor as well.

Gotta love a good tidbit!
I saw Jerry play both Wolf and Tiger that year, at Nassau and MSG iirc (I also saw both Keith/Donna and Brent that year).
I was in 10th(Jan) and 11th(Sept) grade and off the hook on A in NYC.

Checking the setlists, I guess I was there for the Tig's seventh show- Rochester 9/1/79.
