Afternoon Folks,

What would be the indicators to determine if a K120 has been reconed?

I just scored what appears to be a pair w/ original cones for a spectacular price, and I'm hoping to veryify the cones.

Would 10/23/79 written in pencil (presumably) on the back of the cone be an indicator? Are there clear indications or observations one could make that would indicate non-original materials etc.

They sound great. I was going to flip them, but now I'm thinking if I box them they'll be great in 10 years.

Any tips on long term speaker storage?
