Just figured i would introduce myself, since i'm new around here. My name is Dillon, I'm 17, i play lead guitar in a band in Santa Barbara, California. I've been really in to the dead since i saw Phil Lesh 'n Friends a while back. anyways, i enjoy all the normal things a neo hippie Californian should. I like all periods of the dead, but I'm a really big fan of their 68-74 stuff. it changes every few months, but i've been really into 68 dead for a while now. mmm. good stuff. i could just eat it with a spoon. ok. might as well explain my gear, since this is a forum pertaining to the instruments of the dead, right?
Guitar(s): my main axe is a lefty 2008 Gibson SG with Seymour Duncan '59s, a Bigsby, roller bridge, graphite nut. the whole shebang. i should post pictures soon.
i also have a lefty Martin D16 GT.
Amplifier: 1971 Fender Twin Reverb w Blackface mods
Effects: Boss tuner, Vox V847 Wah, Seymour Duncan Twin Tube Classic, NYC Big Muff and a Boss RT-20 Rotary Speaker Sound Processor. I love that thing
