I am wondering if I have to move to some far off land with no kick ass lead guitarist that has the " It" factor...

For what purpose?

Like my favorit Who son... To join together in the band. Tough to come by available folks in good ol Mass. I would obviously never move my family

Ok, I gotcha now. I think persistence is the key no matter where you are. Even just finding regular jam session players, nevermind a band, is tough. It is easy to get discouraged, but worth the effort in the long run. You never know what'll happen.

Starting to roll here... A couple points...

I am likely out of commision for a few weeks. I am having hand surgery on my chord hand to relief tendon sheeth pain and tenderness. I have been dealing with this pain and weakness in my left hand for about 9 months now. It really hindered my playing ability both technique and longevity. Once this heals (2-4 weeks) It's on. I am totally game. I am actually in a band in worcester too. Our jam space is there. So I could probably work some people in to that as well. I am serious about establishing a group of talented people. So lets keep an open channel.

Glen I will give you a call man.
