Check out http:playingwithstrangers.com,. They are a local band in Raleigh that do an open mike at times. Kirk Farmer and I played together a lot ten or twelve years ago. He still does one of the best "Morning dew"s I've ever participated in or heard. A great vocalist, and does some really interesting originals. Tell him Ricky Mullen, formerly from Roanoke, Virginia but now in Golden, Colorado says hello, and that I said to buy you a beer. A great guy. He'll help if he can.
Gone are the days we stopped to decide where we should go, we just ride...
