Someone to do some guitar mods

Hey folks! I have this cocobolo/maple carved top tele that I am thinking of getting a makeover. It has an all rosewood neck that I am going to swap for a maple/ebony neck. I am looking for someone to rout for a third pickup (DiMarzio Super II) though I'm gonna leave the Gibson P94s in, they are screamers. I'm going to do the OBEL, buffer, and want the top routed for the battery. I'm looking for someone to do the routing, make the cover, do the inlay work for the cover and possibly the fretboard and headstock too and do the wiring. I can get another neck from Warmoth (they did the neck currently on it but not the body). Can anyone recommend someone to do all of the work? I'd rather give it to one person to do it all if possible. I love the guitar and it would be cool to get it back in gig-worthy condition.
