Help needed - Crackle and Buzz

Hey all, need some help on guitar electronic repairs. Waldo has been helping me along, but wanted to see if anyone had additional suggestions.

Guitar got stepped on at a gig recently and the three way coil tap toggle switches got broken off (2 of them). I replaced them and everything worked, but the next day no sound, only a loud hiss and crackling. I have resoldered all joints, replaced various suspected wires and and replaced all wires to the main input jack. I should mention this guitar has an OBEL and Waldo's buffer. The OBEL switch works and the guitar has power, but no signal to the pickups. The grounds are all secure. Any thoughts before I have to rewire the whole darn thing?

Hopefully I am answering this correctly. The crackle and buzz sound is identical on both output jacks. the only difference is that the volume knob works on the main output and the effects loop jack is putting out 100% all the time.
