Our New Band - The Pranksters, Denver

Postby Laytonco » Sun Nov 04, 2007 6:19 pm

Hey folks, same deal here. Looking for feedback on the band from our trusted friend here on RUKIND. Check it out and let me know what you think. I quit a really good band to start this. http://www.myspace.com/prankstersband
This is from our debut show at Dulcinea's in Denver.

Peace, Gil

Well, we do like to practice but so far we've really only had two and then we've played 4 shows together, this Dulcinea's show being the 1st official Pranksters show. But I'll tell you, these guys are talented. That's why we can pull tough tunes together so well. My hat's off to the folk in this band.

Just a heads-up, but I hope you don't bump noggins with Zane Kesey over the Prankster name.

I'll try to check out the clips when I've got some speakers...

Good point. We're just local guys and Prankster is a common term so I don't think it will be an issue. BUT, if it is, we wouldn't fight it or cause a problem. We'd just come up with another name. I did a search for other bands with the name Pranksters, and there are TONS of them with various versions of the name. Thanks for the heads up though.

LOL! Rehearsals are good. But keep in mind we do this as a hobby. We still have all this responsibility crud like going to work, taking care of the kids, and paying the bills, and keeping the house up. You know, all that idle chatter that gets in the way of the really important stuff!! That's funny stuff right there......
