This interview was from November of 2008. I don't know if the arbitration she mentioned is related to what I am about to type, but I had noticed that the supply of the "Pure Jerry" Garcia band CDs had dried up, and I couldn't find one anywhere online or in a store (there was one in particular I wanted) and I also noticed that http://www.jerrygarcia.com/ was also reduced to a single home page saying they'd be back some day.

Fast forward to recently, and I get an email alert form Dead.net that the Pure Jerry series was available again. In the comments section this was posted. No idea of its accuracy, but it could possibly be the result of that arbitration:

Emoto- check out your local Borders.

I was there last week and was shocked at the number of "Pure Jerry" realeases. Over priced, yes- however, all CD's (other than new releases) were 30% off! CD sales are weak in this climate.

I generally hit Borders (Kingston, MA) almost once a week to support my reading habit, and often check the Garcia and Dead CDs on hand. Last time I checked the CDs, which may have been 2-4 weeks ago, they didn't have any Pure Jerry... but I will look again, next time I'm there.
