it's an alembic bridge. and a custom tailpiece on a piece of wood. the neck angle is adjusted to compensate for the height of it.

are the parts still produced, or are there replicas available?

wood piece porbably covered up the hole where the original bidge was

no, i don't think they are produced anymore. i have on the rare occasion seen one on ebay. i guess you could always email them and see if they still make them.
