Jerry's Stolen Toylet?

I heard the thing about Jerry's toylet being stolen while the house was being remodeled awhile back. Was that true?....I also recently heard that it had been custom wired and triggered to repeatedly flush for 20 minutes if the Police rang the doorbell.
