I thought I'd post this as I didn't see anything already available for this great tune. I "fixed" a couple minor things. No matter what I tried i couldn't seem to get the changes to line up over lyrics the way they really should, but it's useable...Enjoy. MT

Verse 1:
E A (no 3rd)
The other day they waited,
A(sus4) E (no 3rd)
The sky was dark and faded,

E D C# B A#-B D (single notes on the high end)
Solemnly they stated, (I play 4ths here--MT)
A G
"He has to die,
A G
You know he has to die."

Verse 2:
And all the children learnin',
From books that they were burnin',
Every leaf was turnin'
To watch him die
You know he had to die. (Walk-down chromatically from G to E)

Bridge:
Em G D
The summer sun looked down on him,
C (no 3rd) B (no 3rd) Am Am/G
His mother could but frown on him,
Dm/F D/F# Em/G G#dim/G#
And all the others sound on him,
Am F#7/A# B7
But it doesn't seem to matter.

Verse 3:
And when the day had ended,
With rainbow colors blended,
His mind remained unbended,
He had to die,
You know he had to die.

(move to The Other One)

When returning to Cryptical from The Other One, play the
following chords after the last "comin' around":

B A G

Verse 4:
And when the day had ended,
With rainbow colors blended,
His mind remained unbended,
He had to die,
You know he had to die.

This is listed under "The Other One".......sans your changes, of course.
