Okay, I think this will help you to hear the intro...

Play the C/D exactly as it should be:
C = C E G (1,3,5)
C/D = D E G (D as bass then 3,5)

Try this for the C/D:

E------
B------
G--0---
D--2---
A--5---
E------

Play it slowly and you wil hear the second line to the intro:
-----Part 1------Part 2----
E--------------------------
B--------------------------
G------------------0-------
D----2-2----------2--------
A--5-------------5---------
E--------------------------

Now here is how I hear the intro:
E------------------------------------
B------------------------------------
G------------------------------------
D-7^9-9----7^9--12-----7^9-9--3--5---
A-5^7-7----5^7--10-----5^7-7--1--3---
E------------------------------------

That Bb to C has something off but it's closer than the example, IMO

No time to work on the OOOOH part but I'll be back.

Maybe Kenny will come in here and play!

Does anyone know the 1990 version of this song? The song is for the most part the same but the intro is different and he does some little fill notes in between chords. It might be difficult to play on guitar, but it sounds great and if someone could figure it out that would be awesome!

A good version of it can be downloaded here: http://gdfiles.com/1990/1990-04-02%20-% ... nta,%20GA/
