I found 4 differn't versions of this posted. All 4 were different. However usually 3 out 4 agreed on all of parts with the exception of 7ths or not, so here is what I get. Let me know if you hear Jerry doing something else. Strummin, did you actually sit down and figure this tune out or where did you get your chords from?

That Bm7 Bb is just wrong.

The F D G C is something I picked up along the way.

The original tab that was deleted from this site, the first line ends with F / Bb Bbm

A midi file off of a tab site. It appears to be from the original composition, not Jerry. First line ends with Dm7 / Bm7b5 Bb. The Bm7b5 chord is the same as the Dm chord with a B bass.

Deadstein has the first line ending with Dm7 / G7 Gm

Strummin ends with Dm7 / G Gm (similar to Deadstein)

I don't pretend to know the right answer as this tune is way over my ear. There are no videos of Jerry doing this on utube.
