I have never heard of it but if you tell me where to find it I will work it out for you
I only smoke it when I am awake... I promise

Wow. This song kicks ass. Well spotted Chief.

This song is on the All Good Things boxset. It's an unreleased track for Cats Under the Stars.

I'm listening to it now with, what it appears to me, new ears. I don't remember having heard this before, although I've had this boxset for awhile. This song totally kicks ass.

Here are lyrics:

Chief,
I tried to learn this song when I got the box set a couple of years ago and had no luck either. :? When I saw your request, I went back and tried again. The solo sounds like it's in F mixo to me.

As much as I wanted the intro to be in B or E, I couldn't get it to sound right when playing with the CD. What you see below is the closest that I got to what I hear on the CD. You may wanna just transpose to B or whatever key your more comfortable in.

Intro

Bb G# Eb (i play the Eb barred on the 3rd fret)
repeat 4 times then the end of the intro goes

Bb Am Gm F Eb F Bb

I should let you know that i'm working on an unplugged electric guitar, so this may be off. Any comments are welcome.

I'll see that I can do with the verses next.

here's what i got so far - maybe this'll help you out to figure the rest. there's a couple of spots that I haven't been able to figure out. Maybe another day.

Code: Select all
           Bb         F             Bb       Eb Bb
There are multitudes      of people dying
                 F            Eb            Bb   Eb Bb
'Cause they just won't see an’ try to understand
         Bb   ?          ?              ?         ?
From the book I read, not one but all must follow
   ?                          ?      F Eb Bb
Join the magnificent sanctuary band

There are multitudes of people dying
Their temptation hangs over the land
In fact those people should just remember his command
And join the magnificent sanctuary band

               Bb     F                  Bb  Eb Bb
Singing in the band,      talking to the man
?                 ???                  ????
Bringing in the sheep all over the world just as fast as he can
               Bb      ?????????????????????
Singing in the band,      talking to the man
????????????????????????????????????????
Stop everything you're doing and join the sanctuary band

Bb Am Gm F Eb Bb
