Skull & Roses - from 6/11/2011

Postby mijknahs » Mon Jun 13, 2011 11:23 am

Here's some vids from our gig this past Saturday. Really fun outdoor gig at the Treehuggers Ball in OC. The Flip camcorder doesn't really capture the live sound that well but at least it doesn't distort. We had a lot of fun.

Thanks,
Jim

Nice stuff!

Is your Bobby on RUKIND? Looks like he playing an Ibanez MC300 with an added pickup? Any chance on getting guitar/rig details?

Sound nice!

Yes, he is. I think he's been in contact with you (he is nsandi9). That's his new guitar that he got modded by Gary Brawer.

Transition from the jam to FOTM was wild - bass player rocked it very well IMHO. You guys all have good ears and cued in perfectly @ 11:30. Great control over the energy

Thanks and yes, pretty wild. I don't think he really wanted to play Fire... For some reason it's not a very popular song with the band.

I think the Row Jimmy captures my guitar tone the best. This is a $99 camera (Flip MinoHD - 1 hour recording time).
