Um...

Instead of asking other people to put a list together, maybe you could do the research required and do it yourself? I mean, if you had asked if such a list were out there, that's one thing... but you're asking others to do the work you want done. Just sayin'...
Seems like I've been here before...

FD, that is quite some list.....I'm not big into that sort of thing but will say that I believe I've heard/have (somewhere) sessions when Brent first joined which would have been roughly bewteen feb and april of 79. There's also a widely available rehersal from either the last The OtherOnes tour or the last the Dead tour---that's probably on archive....and of course there's the famous Pizza Tapes with Jerry and Grisman--I think Tony Rice's on it too....is this sort of "session" stuff big to collect in France?

I have something like what you are talking about.... not sure if you have it on the your list.
I dont have a date for the sessions its only entitled FROM THE ARCHIVES 3
They have David Crosby on them .... Jerry Phil Mickey ? backing him up ...
plus Brokedown Palace ,Bertha, Truckin' ( Troedin ???? ) and others ....
I'm not much about dates and such but it is a cool snapshot of the band practicing

Just an FYI, there's a video I've seen of the band practicing music on Blues for Allah---I recall several run throughs of Estimated in particular. Not sure where it might be found but it was pretty cool stuff if you can find it.
