Nice, I see the Jack of Roses knobs? You'll want to get brass cleaner if you want those to stay shiny!

I love the flamed top, is that by chance a set neck strat?

keir- this is the guitar you saw on AO's facebook page. the picture that day about the threaded neck inserts? that's me.... its a mid 90's MIJ strat. 62 reissue specs. great guitar. the first electric i ever had. its not set neck- it's bolt on. and yup- i will need me some brass cleaner for those knobs :-)

TJedi- thanks dude! i appreciate the feedback. i am waiting breathlessly for this thing to show up at my office today. it's been "out for delivery" since 5 AM haha!

AO is the man, I visited his shop once when he did some work on my guitar. I had a chance to see some of his Irwin replica's in the works and some of his really cool original designs.

Yeah, I saw the photo of that Strat on AO's facebook page, looks great.

I've been on AO's build list since early last year, and I'm so incredibly excited that he getting started on my Wolf now....can't wait.

You're using a Facebook page, that is different than the image path. What you want to do is right click your picture on FB and then select "view image" then copy that URL and paste that between the [img] tags. That is using the Firefox browser. IE or others may have some different name for "view image" it might say "copy image pathway" or something like that. You're doing everything else right. PM me if you still can't get it right.

Here is my take on the Jerry Tiger/rosebud irwin built guitar style. It has taken me three yrs to get to this and I hope to have it stringed and playing very soon......
It will have an active eq system with an OBEL. it is made of peruvian walnut and black cherry with a three piece maple neck. with grover tuners and a tusq xl nut. pickups are a single coil fender neck. a OEM 10k humbucker 4 conducter and A 14k humbucker 4 conducter. switching will be series ,split ,paralell on both HBs.Image
