Finally scored "The Unit"

Postby Dozin » Mon Oct 20, 2008 3:35 pm

I've been looking for the UE-700 for a very long time and psyched that I finally scored one.

Looks to be in good shape too. A couple weeks ago I bought a UE-700 foot switch. Weird how that one worked out.

Sweet! Ibanez made great stuff in the 70s! I take it Bobby used one of those?

Chris, I an green with envy.

I have been looking for one for a while.

This month was the first time I've stopped looking.

Probably a good thing or we'd have bid against each other!

Congrats!!!

That one was a buy it now only. So it was a matter of being there first. MK said he went out for a walk and look what happened. He has though.

It's been a good month for gear and guitars

Any idea what kind of Peavey Head that is on top of Weir's Macs? Looks too long to be a Mark III Musician or Centurion.

It's a Peavey F-800G Super Festival Series. It's a high powered solid state amp. I love it, big power and very very clean.
