Not quite as dominant as my Martin, but it's is a definite keeper, and a terrific guitar onstage. The body is all laminates, which really kills any chance of feedback. You can have it loud as hell in the monitors and it is perfect. Plus, you can mix the bridge saddle pickup with an internal mic right on the controls. Highly recommended, and I think that's a pretty good price.

The System 600TMK II is capable of mixing an additional
Alvarez ACM50 condenser mic or an Alvarez ASP50 MK II sound hole
pickup with the piezo pickup for a wider range of sonic possibilities.

What aux pickup does anyone use with their WY1!
I love my WY1 and got a soundhole pickup like Bobby.
But I got the Alvarez branded one don't know of others.
But it is essentially a single coil and hums badly.
My tech advised against the internal mic cuz of feedback.
Thoughts?!
