Matt Deveney Memorial show Playin'Dead in Boston Sat 6-7

Hey folks ... here are the details on the Matt Deveney Memorial that Playin' Dead is helping put on; all proceeds benefit GIST cancer research at Dana Farber. The event will be at the outdoor pavillion at the Museum of Science in Boston on Sat. June 7th, 6:30-10:30 pm. The band will do acoustic and electric sets, there will be a barbecue buffet and a raffle that includes Red Sox tickets. Parking and a day pass to the museums is included with the ticket price.

Matty was such a gentle soul ... and brought a lot to the table for the band, I was listening last night to his understated, tasteful piano playing on Wharf Rat, just a few short weeks before we realized how ill he was:
