Problem with OBEL

the obel in my carvin has been funky for about 6 months, for some reason the obel stopped working, i get clean signal when i flip it on i get none. but if i pull the stereo jack a little out i get clean signal with no effect... any ideas?

How's the wiring look? Anything get jogged loose?

All the wires are right, could it be because the stereo plug is touching the copper shielding?

absolutely could be the problem. use electrical tape on/over the shielding or enclose the jacks with it.
